The Flight Instructor Course is a professional rating enabling you to provide flight instruction for the purposes of a person becoming qualified for the grant of a license. The course combines ground briefings, ground instruction techniques, a review of all the technical subjects and the flying of each exercise.

Course Description

The flight Instructor (helicopters) FI (H) course is a six weeks full time intensive course of theorectical knowledge tuition and flight training. The course consists of 125 hours theorectical knowledge tuition and 30 hours flight time instruction

Course Content

25 hours ( minimum) dual flight instrction 5 hours of mutal flying 125 hours theorectical knowledge training 40 hours tution 78 hours teaching practice 7 hours progress tests

Intended Audience

Persons who have completed CPL(H) course and have a minimum flight time of 250 hours (including 100 pilot in command)

Irish Aviation Authority and College Ireland Approved Flight Training Orginisation. JAA and EASA approved
